My phone is water resistant — can it still get water damage?
Yes. IP67/IP68 ratings are tested in controlled lab conditions with fresh water. Salt water, pool chemicals, and pressure from drops can defeat water resistance. Seals also degrade over time.
How long does water damage repair take?
Diagnostic takes 1–2 hours. Full cleaning and repair typically takes 24–48 hours depending on the extent of damage. We'll give you a realistic timeline when you drop it off.
What are the chances my phone can be saved?
It depends on how quickly you brought it in and what got wet. Phones brought in within a few hours have a much higher success rate than phones that sat wet for days. We'll give you an honest assessment.
Is the diagnostic really free?
Yes. We open the device, assess the damage, and give you a quote at no charge. You only pay if we fix it and you approve the repair.
